Dr.N.K.Bhat Centre for Clinical Simulation & Research is a novel initiative by Navodaya Medical College to train medical graduates and allied health professionals. This advanced skill lab have the simulation of operation theatres, labor rooms, intensive care units of different clinical departments. The unique simulation lab with distinctive facilities in state-of-the-art infrastructure & technology is first of its kind in entire Karnataka.
Dr.N.K.Bhat Centre for Clinical Simulation & Research is an advanced educational centre taking medical education to the next level. The area of the skill lab is 7500 Sq.ft with different sections imparting training of students in basic and advanced medical and surgical skills.
The centre has following skill room for the simulation of

- Basic life support / Airway / IV Cannulation
- Basic surgical skills
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support / Trauma
- Obstetrics, Gynecology / Neonatal care
- Adult simulation
- Newborn Simulation
The Medical Simulation Centre is unique in that it provides learning by close to realistic clinical experiences. As theoretical knowledge is immediately supplemented by practice, the learning experience is more likely to be complete.
