NSS unit of N.E.T Pharmacy College, observed World Menstruation Hygiene Day Celebration on 28th May 2024 in AV room of central library. Chief guest of the programme. Dr . Pradnya Patil, Associate professor, department of pharmaceutics, NET Pharmacy collage,Raichur, Mrs. Aparna Laxmi, Assistant professor, Department of pharmacology, NET pharmacy college, Raichur , Mrs. Ayesha Sultana, lecturer, Department of pharmaceutics, NET pharmacy college, Raichur were on the dias. The programme was anchored by Ms. Rincu Varughese.
The Programme commenced with invocation song by Miss Shradha and team. Rincu Varughese welcomed the chief guest and other staff members and students. The bouquet was presented to all the dignitaries on the dias. The Customary lamp lighting was done by the dignitaries.

Dr. Pradnya patil spoke about the importance of the day. The session was continued by a lecture delivered by all the dignitaries on the dias and motivated Interns and Pharm D students to conduct more programmes and celebrate upcoming Health days. Subsequently, Seminar presentation on menstrual hygiene was conducted Pharm D interns.
Female students, female teaching and non teaching staff participated on the day of the event. This event aim to educate people and raise the level of awareness on menstruation hygiene.bVote of thanks was delivered by Rincu Varughese, Pharm.D intern . The programme concluded with National Anthem followed by high tea.
