N.E.T Pharmacy College hosted a two-day Faculty Development Program under the guidance of Chairman Sri. S.R. Reddy. The program, held from September 21st to 22nd, aimed to benefit educators across various institutions under the Navodaya group, including pharmacy, physiotherapy, nursing, public school, and Central School. The event featured Dr. Jaganath Rao, founder of skill and will development LLP Bangalore, as the resource person. Honorable chairman Sri. S.R. Reddy, along with esteemed guests Dr. T. Srinivas, Prof. C. Suresh Babu, and Dr. Latika Bhatia, were on the dias.
The program commenced with a welcome address by Dr. H. Doddayya, Principal of N.E.T Pharmacy College, followed by an invocation song and lamp lighting ceremony. Sri. S.R. Reddy commended the dedication of teachers within the Navodaya Education Trust, emphasizing the importance of staying updated in the digital age. Dr. T. Srinivas encouraged active participation and engagement from all attendees.
Throughout the program, Dr. Rao covered essential topics such as life skills, organization skills, teaching methodologies, and motivating students. Interactive sessions allowed for open discussions and questions, fostering a dynamic learning environment. The participants expressed high satisfaction with the program and received detailed notes for future reference.
The valedictory function on Day 2 included positive feedback from teachers and the distribution of participant certificates by Dr. Jaganath Rao. Certificates of appreciation were also presented to Dr. Rao by the dignitaries present. Mrs. Sai Bharati delivered the concluding remarks, highlighting the success of the program.The program was brought to a successful conclusion with heartfelt remarks and a vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Shyamala, Principal of Navodaya Public School in Raichur. Overall, more than 125 teaching and non-teaching staff from various departments benefited from the Faculty Development Program.
