Navodaya College of Physiotherapy conducted handson work shop on “RECENT ADVANCES IN BASIC & ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT” Date 09th March, 2019 in Dr. N. K. BHAT Centre for clinical simulation & research at NMCH& RC Raichur.
This workshop was inaugurated by Dr. B Kowshik Principal Navodaya College of Physiotherapy, Raichur. In this workshop more Than 108 students participated, amongst them 49 students registered from LVTG College of physiotherapy, Kurnool, 59 students from Navodaya College of Physiotherapy, Raichur. Dr. G. David Sunil Rao MPT (Cardio Respiratory), Associate Professor from Navodaya College of physiotherapy was the resource person who delivered theory and practical demo on mannequins in the morning session.
Afternoon session comprised of hands on practice by the students with the help of Dept. of Anesthesia, Navodaya Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Raichur. All the students practiced C-A-B system of chest compression, Airway management techniques, defibrillator training & recent Advances in BLS & ACLS.
Each and every student were enlightened by this work shop
